My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Bodhi.
The small raised huts are very basic, with little protection from the elements, and quite dark inside.
I didn't get much of a look at the hostel accommodation in the main structure. Those rooms may be less exposed.
This wasn't a bother because we spent the majority of our time chilling by the river or on the other side of town. The French staff couldn't be anymore relaxed and were great company to share a beer with.
Go down the road for a party on the weekend (you will hear the music anyway, so you may as well go for a dance) and take advantage of the motorbikes for hire. Much nicer driving into town whenever you fancy. More
