Absolutely loved this place. It's not a Hilton or even a great B&B. Rather a low-key, charming place filled with characters. We didn't have a reservation and found this place (trying the patience of our tuk tuk driver who took us from booked place to booked place) which happened to have one of their back bungalows (by the lotus pond) open. It didn't have A/C, just a ceiling fan but this was in December so it was fine. Kind of reminded me of Gilligan's Island a bit. Not dirty though. It was fine. The second night we "upgraded" to a slightly better bungalow with AC and paid (gasp!) $5.00 more. They serve you food right near the entrance and that's where you can meet fellow travellers. And man, were there some characters! Lots of ex-pats from England, Canada, Australia in this town...very murky about what line of work they were in so we didn't ask. But funny old geezers just the same. Great meeting people here. You could also rent bikes, get a trip to Bokor Hill (do it!) or a ride to Kep. Make sure you ask for an English-speaking guide if you need one - don't settle for anything but that. They even arranged for a taxi ride to Vietnam at he Chau Doc crossing for only $20.00. Would go back here in a heartbeat. But if you are a pampered type you might have second thoughts about this place.

Old furniture, bathroom dirty and smelly. 15 dollars for two: I had better price for better service elsewhere in Cambodia. With a room on the garden I had even a big centipede entering the bathroom when I was taking a shower: uh...scary! Hint: do not go to bokor hill station! You would better go to kep for half day tuk tuk ride 10 dol. There you can buy pepper directly in the plantations and eat delicious pepper crab from Kep!

My daughter and I stayed with Tun for 3 weeks while we volunteered at local schools and we LOVED it! The bungalow was spacious and clean, good sized bathroom, good sized beds, overhead fan was more than adequate, and plenty of space to fully unpack. It was home, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we wouldn't go any where else. Over priced?? Some people render me speechless. Thanks heaps Tun, see you next year!

Room Tip: Go for a bungalow, its just like being on a tropical island only without the sea. And the island.

Stayed here for 6 nights, double (used as single) for 6$ in the main building. Then there are 4 wooden and 3 brick? bungalows and the quality changes. My room had working fan, mosquitier, cold shower in a tiny bathroom, but overall clean, no bugs even with open window. Rooms in a main building all seem small, but ok for single use..
There is good wifi, 1 PC, restaurant (breakfasts from 1.5$, mains 2$), they do tours and provide tickets (go to Smile tours for cheaper) and motorbikes. They are fair, i had to have some parts of the bike changed and they took the price down from my bill.
There is no cleaning service, they provide a towel.
There is plenty of accommodation in the centre of the town - also quiet area, you don't have to feel limited by this street.
