We spent 2 nights at Kikoti as part of a tour of the Tanzania. At Kikoti, we experienced by far the best service. The tents were interesting and comfortable. I loved sitting on the porch during the afternoon and reading a book. I would higly recommend

Kikoti was our first night in the bush and it was certainly an experience to remember. We got woken up in the wee hours of the morning by elephants having a snack and drink. How great was that! Rooms were spacious and well appointed and the service was great. Having running water and flush toilet was a real plus. While our walking safari guide was great, I would not really call it that as it was only a short walk to the Kikoti rock to see the sunset and night game drive was slightly disappointing as the most exciting animal we saw was a hyena. We had a great time and would recommend Kikoti.

Me, my boyfriend and my parents all thought this place was really wonderful. The tents are just lovely - flowing mosquito nets, large and comfortable beds, en suite bathroom facilities, and a wooden decking veranda where you can sit in one of the big chairs and enjoy the tranquility.

Each tented chalet has a little wood burner outside for heating the water for your morning shower - the water was lovely and hot by the time we got in, after taking our morning tea on the veranda!

The food was lovely and the service attentive without being overbearing. The food was filling and tasty and the wine went down very well. The bar is cozy, and the campfire just outside is a great little spot for a post-dinner chat.

My husband and I stayed at Kikoti Safari Camp in one of the little cabin rooms as part of our honeymoon safari trip and it was definitley one of our favorite accomdations on our trip. Aside from being super comfortable and clean from the bed to the eating area, the service and genuity of all the staff was second to none. The food was delicious and we enjoyed seeing some of the nocturnal creatures of the area on the night drive.

True tented lodge raised on stilts. Excellent food. Sounds of nature all night long.
