Solo diner for dinner early on a Sunday. Casual and friendly, welcoming decor. Strip mall location. Reasonable prices. Enjoyed the spring rolls - all the ingredients, including the plump shrimp, seemed very fresh. Particularly good jasmine tea for some reason - really hit the spot on this rainy day. Had the pho chin as an appetizer - beef and noodle soup. Again, very fresh ingredients and lovely plate of cilantro, basil, sprouts and chili peppers to add as one sees fit. I thought the broth was strangely sweet - not bad, but not what I normally expect. Good, though.
Server, being the sole soul there, was a bit stretched but very attentive and pleasant. I will go back and try additional dishes.
