We are locals. We've dined here a few times on special occasions. Entree items start at $30. Chef is creative and food is prepared well. So what's the problem? Portions are VERY small for that price structure. If you have an unlimited expense account by all means frequent this place. Since its close to the University expect University waitstaff. Pleasant but not professional. We called to inquire about early bird specials and were assured that was available. Not so, according to our waiter "we did away with that..." So, at his suggestion we split an entree, ordered one other entree, split one dessert, had one mixed drink and the tab for 3 was $110 with tip. Large Designer plates with spots of purée and micro portions of polenta and fish for those prices is absurd. We might return the next leap year. Better be prepared for sticker shock.
