“Brew Pub!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2013

Great downtown location. Paking lot across the street (free after 6 pm). The lower level has a dining room and bar. The upstairs has the higher bar tables, pub games and another bar. Pub food was very good. Reasonable prices. Good selection of their own brews. The revolution IPA and Rednose winter brew were my favorites. I enjoyed them, but would be nice if they offer a little more selection of other craft beers. But I guess they wouldn't promote the competition.

“Great pub...special beers...fun atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 10, 2013

We had lunch here and really enjoyed the variety of choices in beers and food. Service was excellent, and it was fun to walk the neighborhood and visit some of the surrounding shops

“Has gradually grown into my favorite Friday night after work spot”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2013

Been going to Natty's for years but just over the last year or so have I really started to appreciate the upstairs. We started going there for an occasional after work beer and it sort of turned into something we look forward to. The beer is excellent and reasonably priced. We really enjoy the seasonal offerings. The food is good but unfortunately not too exciting. I order the same sandwich every time I go....the Philly....and when I ventured to try something different, the Railway, was disappointed. However, love the Philly Steak, the beer, and relaxed atmosphere enough to keep us coming back! And great music, too! Oh, and did I say the beer is EXCELLENT?!

“Good, Local Spot”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2013

This is a fine local spot, right downtown, with easy parking. Based upon one visit, the food was good for this sort of scattershot pub food, and they brew their own beer. Being a Chicago craft beer snob, and admittedly trying only one beer at lunch, I would peg their brewing as just fair for the genre; however, recognize that this makes them head and shoulders above Bud and the like, and as good as many craft brewers. All in all, this place seems like a lot of fun at night, and a solid spot for lunch. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if I could.

“Great Beer but Awful Food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2013 via mobile

Love the beer. Love the atmosphere. Love it so much that I keep going back inspite of the terrible food. Have tried 4 different things on the menu and 3 different appetizers, but the food is still gross. How do you mess up on a buger? Not sure-ask them.
Will return for beer only. Will eat somewhere else.
