We went with friends to see the most recent show, "All Hands On Deck." The show was billed as. "Based on Bob Hope’s 1942 USO tour to the troops in the field, this new comedy musical revue featuring the songs, dances and laughs that America has loved since the ‘40s." Obviously Hope wasn't there but neither was his character in name or impression. The comedian wasn't funny and mostly sang. There was little action between singers and the comedian/host. Frankly the show was poorly written and the audience seemed mostly bored. The food was typical cafeteria buffet, fried chicken, sliced ham or roast beef; green beans, okra, corn; shell pasta or mashed potatoes; and a choice of banana pudding or peach cobbler. Scary but, the food was better than the show. All-in-all, a disappointment.

You can count on a great show in this theatre. The stage is in the center so no bad
Seats. Great buffet with southern style cooking. If you plan to go to a matinee/
lunch call ahead for seats as they often full. Many patrons come on bus tours.

The Barn Dinner Theater looks like a small place on the outside. Inside it is a theater in the round. The buffet is in the place of the stage, which raises and lowers when the play begins. The plays are always professional, and the food is delicious! I do not love seafood, but the halibut is wonderful! This is a great place for birthdays and anniversaries.
