The owner is very hands on and makes sure the tour and food is all done perfectly. The guide was very professional. Meeting the restaurant owners and chefs is an added bonus. Because you are there at the restaurants during their slow time you have their undivided attention. They themselves are relaxed and not rushed. The food samples are wonderful and the portions are plentiful. You will conclude your tour with a full belly. The history and information about the restaurants adds that much more to the experience. There is plenty of time to order a drink and enjoy at each stop, if you choose to do so. Will do this again.
