The kids loved seeing the animals up close! You've got to see the wolf puppies... and the hands on experience is priceless! We're thinking about enrolling our son in the summer camp next year.

This science center has a small number of exhibits and an area that is similar to that of a children's museum. There are 2 levels and an elevator may be used to access them. There are small labs within where animals are displayed and snakes can be pet. There is a nice dinosaur replica which may be intimidating to toddlers.

The animal discovery area is condensed and easy to see multiple animals without walking miles of trails as at some zoos. There are monkeys, meercats, turtles, peacocks, crocodiles, wolves, and a tiger(yet it looked old and unhealthy). We could watch the monkeys swing on the ropes all day and the kids enjoyed how it was designed for them to see at their level through the glass.

Overall a good option for a few hours of entertainment for the 2-10 yr old crowd in Greensboro.
