“Awesome atmosphere”
Reviewed December 23, 2011

My wife and I went to dinner with a future business colleague and his wife. The restaurant itself was beautiful and very inviting. Excellent menu choices and not overly expensive for what you get.
They had a live jazz ensemble that evening starting around 9pm that we would have loved to stay and listen too (if we hadn't been too tired fro traveling).
We will be having dinner and drinks here again after we move to the area. The also have a great Wednesday evening special on mussels and 1/2 price wine. I can;t wait to check it out!

“Food is dellicious”

How do you turn a salad, or sandwich into something very tasty? Not hat I can do it (if so, I'd be eating at home more often). The chef is great.
Wonderful place to meet for lunch or dinner.
It is a hidden treasure.
Shhhhh - Don't tell anyone it is here.

“A special treat”
Reviewed December 12, 2011

Print Works Bistro, adjacent to the sustainable-design Proximity Hotel, has never disappointed me. It's expensive but worth it. From start to finish, the elegant dining room, with three walls of windows overlooking the gardens, and the classic European bistro fare delight the discerning patron. My most recent meal was the annual four-course prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner, which was outstanding. The butternut squash bisque was luxuriously silky, the salad refreshing, and the oven-roasted turkey entrée excellent, especially the savory stuffing. However, the star of the show was dessert, a brûléed lemon tart with fresh whipped cream and raspberry coulis that was genuinely irresistible. While I'm not generally big on dessert--I can usually take or leave most things sweet (with the perennial exception of crème brûlée)--and pumpkin pie is my preferred Thanksgiving cliché, this tart was unexpectedly, embarrassingly delicious. I can't recall the last time I was gobsmacked by a dessert, but this one swept me away. It was the perfect end to a wonderful meal. You can be sure I'll be watching the menu for that one again.
