This place has a really strange parking layout. DO NOT WALK IN WITH YOUR BAGS. Parking in front of the property is limited, as are the rooms. The ground level (lobby level) is the second floor, I never saw the first. When I checked in, my room folio said I was in 301 and after trekking to 301 and finding the key didn't work, I returned to the front desk and was told my 301 was a poorly written 501. As I returned to the elevator, the woman who checked in before me was coming off the elevator, someone was in her room.
It is a shame that a good property can be decimated by someone not paying attention or someone else with crappy/sloppy hand writing. I suppose they don't get it; we pay for "no surprises"More
