Villa was peaceful and beautifully decorated. Staff were warm, welcoming and very discrete. View from room was spectacular! Room was lovely however we have a personal preference for privacy in the bathroom so the lack of door on the bathroom was a problem for us. Breakfast was lovely and served by friendly and well-trained staff. We would love to return regularly if we can be assured of a private en-suite.

Room Tip: Insist on a sea view

We stayed one night at Villa Pescatori, It is a beautiful guesthouse in the beautiful town, Yzerfontein. The owner, Angelique, is very friendly and the house is absolutely fabulous! Beautifully decorated and the views over the ocean is amazing! Our room was nice and comfortable with everything we needed for the night we stayed there. Ismael was also so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent and really huge and the porcelain and cutlery made it even more special.

Yzerfontein is lovely and Villa Pescatoria is really a great place to stay!

Room Tip: Room 4 with endless seaviews, however, all the rooms do have seaviews

We decided to get away for the week-end and see the flowers. We had no idea it would pour all week-end and that the wind would be howling. Definitely duvet and log fire weather.
Because they were not fully booked, we could choose which room we wanted to sleep in.
The bed and bedding was perfect for the dreadful weather - winter flannel duvet cover and pillow cases made getting into bed a treat. The villa is right on the beach with its own private access, and we were lulled to sleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven!
Our breakfast was out of this world. Angelique and Ishmael treated us like royalty.
I highly recommend this venue!
PS: Ask for room 5.

My husband and I decided to take a quick weekend trip up the coast to get away and see the wild flowers in Spring... We found Villa Pescatori and were so happy with the service and experience - extremely friendly staff, stunning views from the room, excellent location, and a delicious home cooked breakfast in the morning... We thoroughly enjoyed our little romantic weekend away, thanks to Angelique and her team, and would definitely visit again.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 5 which seemed to have the best balcony and view, so I would definitely recommend requesting that room...

Among the best B&Bs we've stayed in! Lovely rooms with sea views & terraces, huge upstairs AND downstairs sitting rooms, well-stocked with coffee/tea/rusks etc "on tap" including beer & wine. Beautifully prepared & served breakfasts and superlative service throughout. Already planning our next stay!
