Our family stayed in the Summit condos from sept. 1 thru sept. 4 2017 condo 6301.Upon arrival there was a pile of trash near the dumpster, which was a eye sore pulling up for the first time. Entering into the condo itself it wreaked of cigarettes. Moving on to the living room area the couch was so outdated with stains on it pillows as well. Kitchen was very outdated utensils were filthy, refrigerator filthy, stove filthy. And had the audacity to require a cleaning fee yeah right. The floors were filthy and the kitchen rugs were horrible. They mentioned two balconies both balconies were outdated. Furniture was so outdated it looked like it came from a rummage sale. The bedrooms wreaked of cigarettes. There was blonde hair all throughout the bed and stains all over the bed. Also hair hanging beneath spiral steps which was disgusting. Overall this condo was horribly and disgusting. The staff/Penny was unprofessional and she was not concerned with our needs. I don't recommend these condos to anyone not even an animal. Do not settle for less.

The views were awsome, the drive up a bit tricky.Would not try during the winter. The people above us stomped around all night so sleep was an issue. The outside pool is smaller than the one ar our house.

The Summit Tower is fairly new, extremely clean and comfortable. It is near restaurants and attractions. The staff are very personable. The breakfast was great, but I was impressed with the water park, my kids had a blast on the waterslade. The beds were very comfortable. our family had a great stay!!!

Room Tip: Our room was on 4th floor I could see the Ferris wheel from my balcony.

We booked our room through Travel Advantage Network. We had a studio, which was a perfect sized for the 2 of us. We read a lot of reviews about hairpin turns, which you'll encounter on any route that doesn't use the bypass. We recommend taking the Gatlinburg Bypass to Campbell Lead Rd to Skyview Dr. We didn't have any issues. The turns and hills were normal if you're used to driving in WV or western PA. If you're going downtown, we recommend parking for free at the Park Welcome Center and taking the trolley (50 cents/person one way). The city is easily walkable once you're down there. If you drive down, there will be traffic and you must pay for parking. It was our first visit to Gatlinburg, so we really enjoyed our stay. We've summed up our pros and cons.

Pros of Stay:
-Beautiful view of the mountain (our unit faced trees, but we walked to the top of the complex for pictures)
-Private balcony, perfect for the 2 of us
-Quiet area away from business of the town
-Delivery service from select restaurants (a little pricey, but convenient)
-Very friendly staff!! They were wonderful in the office!
-Coin Laundry on site
-Heated pool & 2 jacuzzis indoors (all within a short walk from all units)

Cons:
-No elevator, but we didn't find this a big deal
-Indoor pool had very high chlorine levels, which made it difficult to stay long. It was better when both doors to outside were left open.
-WIFI is available, but it didn't connect to our devices in building 2. We were able to access WIFI when we went to the central building.
-Pertaining to our unit with TAN and NOT owned or operated by the Summit (Room 2201): No garbage disposal, but did have dishwasher; not pristine clean, but not extremely dirty

Super cute place with an amazing view. It was just my daughter and me so this was a perfect choice. Would be great for couples too. I think they have larger condos as well. The pool was nice and the drive up was scenic to say the least. Would definitely go back.
