“Amazing!”

I stayed here with my girlfriend and dog and it was amazing! We had a very large room with a fireplace. Prices were very cheap and it is a nice walk to downtown Gatlinburg with all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First of all this hotel is older and is in Gatlinburg, so there is not a lot of neon and glitz. However they are in process of remodeling and it already has new mattress's. Clean rooms and a good mattress are most important in a hotel. Our room was on the sixth floor on the corner looking toward the mountains and had a wrap around balcony which also overlooked the river. The room itself featured a King four poster bed, a gas fireplace, a large sitting area, and fridge, microwave etc. We were very pleased and the front desk was very friendly. Only problem is parking which is a little tough because it is built on a hillside but wasn't much of a problem. Highly recommend.

One of the absolute, if not the best, places we have ever stayed!!!! The manager on duty when we checked in was very friendly. The hotel.is in a great location. Very quiet. Our room was clean and had probably been remodeled. New beds and pillows. Nice fireplace. Big bathroom. Did not have any kind of musty smell or moldy smell.actually smelled pleasant.
Downfalls: parking is a bit of a pain. Only one elevator that we could find on one end of the building. We did find hair in the kids bed, but the manager came immediately to change the sheets! It is a pet friendly hotel and I'm not sure they designate rooms for that because I had a terrible sneezing fit in the middle of the night. No biggue, just had some benadryl and it was fine!
Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

This hotel was exactly what we needed. It was pet friendly, clean, friendly staff, and had breakfast. The room was huge and had a balcony. New mattresses and a big tv. Very accommodating for a Thanksgiving get away. The lady that does the breakfast was wonderful. She made sure everything stayed stocked. Very pleased!

Stayed in kingsize suite. There was absolutely NO drawer space. Nice tv and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The was no place to sit a computer. Three hard chairs to sit in. The worse part was no space to storage your clothes. We could not unpack our suitcase.

My husband and I (and our dog, Maggie) recently stayed at this Red Roof Inn in Gatlinburg. We were on the 6th floor and had a wonderful view of the mountains and the river from our wrap around balcony. The room had a fireplace, king size four poster bed with a very comfy mattress, a flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. The carpeting appeared to be quite new. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg. And, I forgot to mention that the price was great!

We stayed here once before, but this time we got a room that has been updated with a flat screen TV and thick comfortable beds and pillows. The place was nice and clean. First dog was free and they charged $10 for the second dog, but the total price was still good. All rooms have a nice little balcony with patio chairs and table.

Only complaint is that they don't start serving breakfast until 7:30 and we never hang around that late.
