Not only was the cabin beautiful, spacious, clean and fun to stay in, but the location was great as well. The views were breathtaking and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who visits Gatlinburg to stay at one of thier cabins. Well worth the money, close to downtown and surrounding sites to see and a beautiful drive to the cabins as well. LOVED IT THERE SO MUCH WE GOT ENGAGED THERE! :)

Room Tip: All cabins are awesome... whatever you need size wise, they have....

Gatlinburg Falls is by far our favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg! We have stayed there 6 or 7 times in the last year. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The cabins are exactly as listed online. We only had a problem once and that was with a noisy ceiling fan and bad wi fi. Both were corrected quickly without problems. If you want a no hassle, clean, friendly, hidden yet close place to stay; this is it.

We had a group of 9 rent "The Great Escape" a five bedroom, five bath cabin. All were very happy with the accomadations. A few short comings (some dust in corners, closests with no hangars, one clock radio and one dvd didn't work, loose shower head) but these are all minor and were easily overlooked. Great views and feeling of being higher up in the mountains with only being a couple minute ride to town. We were all on motorcycles and felt they were safe being outside. This is a great area for riding motorcycles, rode from Wisconsin and put on over 2,000 miles the 7 days we were gone. Ready to go back in a few years with other friends that were not able to make this trip.

We visited in mid August and stayed in their cabin Simple Elegance. We had a good time, overlooking some of their shortcomings. Five days after arriving home, we received an email from Gatlinburg Falls informing us we had damaged their pub table and they had charged my cc $225. We tried to contact them via phone and email and got very little information from them. They were always 'still looking into it'. In their email, it stated they would take "immediate action against us if we disputed this charge, in Sevier County court". We had pictures of this pub table with the visible damage they were accusing us of, less than 16 hours after we had checked in. After one week with no response from their General Manager from our last email, we decided to dispute this with our cc company because we were confident we did not damage their property. It was then, I finally got an informative email from them. I felt very confident that once the cc company investigated this, they would discover we were wrongly accused.
We just recieved notification that our money will be refunded to us from our cc.
I would have given this company a higher rating because we did have a good time and enjoyed their cabin. However, we do not trust this company any longer and this has greatly overshadowed the trip we had. We certainly will not be returning to Gatlinburg Falls and we will pass this information on to our friends and families.
At this point, any response from them would be considered insincere and ingeniune. We would have certainly appreciated a more professional response during the weeks that followed their email.

Thank you for posting. Here at Gatlinburg Falls Resort, we pride ourselves in the highest quality guest care and standards in the area. We apologize that you feel you were not treated with the care we are known for. We do want to make sure our guests have the best time they possibly can while they are visiting with us, however it is clear in the reservation agreement, that guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. There is typically only 1% of our guest charged for damages. Our inspection team checks each cabin before and after each guest's stay to maintian the highest quality. Upon their departure we found a damaged coffee table. After further review and conversations with the guests we have removed the charge for damages. We apologize for any inconvienance, but we have happily credited back their account. Please feel free to call us at 1-866-34-SMOKY if we can assist you in any way. We had a great time! The location was fantastic to be close to town but get the mountain feel. Our view was great and the staff was very helpful! The whole site was kept immaculate and the cabin was sparkling. I even lookeD under the couch! Kitchen was well equipped also.

This was the best location we have ever stayed in Gatlinburg. The location to town was wonderful. The view was excellent. You had a wonderful view of the mountains and yet could be downtown in minutes. We stayed in Enchanted View. It was perfect for my husband and 5 older kids. There was plenty for them to do there. The only negative thing I could think of for our place was that the bed in master bedroom was worn and uncomfortable.

Cabin was very nice but hot tub quit on our second day . We called the office to report it . After spending the day in town we returned to find no one had been out to fix it. We called office again. Then after we had gone to sleep their maintenance man calls and wakes us up at midnight. I called the office again and told them we would be gone sight seeing and could someone please fix hot tub, but no one did. That night about 8 pm a guy shows up but does not have a fuse. He returns next morning but the hot tub only lasted about 15 minutes of use. Called office again but no one ever calls back . We go to office to check out and tell about not having a hot tub all week.The lady promises us a manager would call us but no ever did or answered my e-mails. Wont stay a Gatlinburg Falls again. Lot of nice places in Gatlinburg so be smart and stay somewhere else.

We have maintenance personnel on site until midnight each night in attempt to better serve the guest, and we try to address each issue the same day they are reported. We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. Your hot tub fee was reimbursed and an additional discount was applied to your reservation. We tried to make your stay acceptable and accommodate you for your troubles. We are looking into why you were not contacted by the manager on duty. We pride ourselves on having problems resolved immediately. We are reviewing this issue with our management team to determine the breakdown and insure it never happens again.
