“Awesome Service & Amazing Food!”
Reviewed January 10, 2014

This place is tucked away right behind Calhoun's close to the entrance to the Smoky Mtns Nat'l Park. We got lost trying to find it as it was our first trip to Gatlinburg and Kirsten was so helpful when we called! Our server, Julio, was one if the best waiters we have ever had--he impressed us so much and our burgers we AMAZING!!! He suggested the pretzels and beer cheese dip for our appetizer and it was so good!!

“Top Notch Service”
Reviewed January 10, 2014

Becca (our server) was very polite and funny! She explained what brews were the best and gave a few suggestions as to what appetizers to try and which brews try...turns out everything was perfect!

“Very nice brewery”
Reviewed January 10, 2014 via mobile

It has an awesome pub like theme without the grime and bad attitude. Their menu has a good bit of selection for a good price. I ordered the fried pickles and they were so good! They looked and tasted hand battered and not pre ordered frozen and cone with an amazing garlic ranch sauce ( and I don't usually like ranch). My boyfriend got a fried ranch chicken sandwich and LOVED the ranch that came on it too. Server was very friendly and timely. Great place for lunch

“Smoky Mountain Brewery”
Reviewed January 8, 2014

I went to this restaurant and Calhoun's which is located in the same drive. I went because they were recommended and I would do the same. Their homemade beer and pizza was very yummy. FYI, parking can be hard to find in Gatlinburg, but if you park by these restaurants and show your food receipts to the parking booth attendant, it's free!

“Manager Needs To Go”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

We came to the Smoky Mountain Brewery for dinner on January 2 for the reviews and the gluten free pizza. We thought it was a little pricey for the pizza, but really wanted it and I am used to paying more for gluten free pizza. On the menu, they listed the only size of gluten free pizza to be a personal size, which was fine since I am the only one that cannot have gluten. Our entire order was tailored around this. The waiter was great, no problem there. Around the time, the food should have been coming out, the waiter came out and announced that the only gluten free pizza available was the medium size, and that it would cost $8-$10 more. We asked for a discount since it was too late, and the waiter got the manager. The manager was rude and arrogant. He said the menu had not been updated, and that he couldn't do anything for us. We had to change our entire order to accommodate this change and ended up paying $18.95 just for my pizza. This guy needs to go!
