We enjoyed the location. Food was good. We would definitely come back. Enjoyed the view and the quietness.

Do not go here! Seriously! Eating here may cause 1 or more of the following symptoms:

Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, vomiting while having diarrhea, erectile dysfunction, night sweats, severe stomach cramps, hemorrhoids, and a sever disdain for restaurants.

The service was very good, however, the food left MUCH to be desired. We had Trout with vegetables, Shrimp Scampi with twice baked potato, and Chicken Vera Cruz. We also tried the Buttermilk Pie (not good at all) with Cool Whip (not whipped cream), chocolate explosion cake (it was good...and NOT made there), and Bread Pudding (surprisingly good).

I will NEVER return here again.

We just returned from a wonderfull and romantic meal at the Greenbriar for my wifes birthday. On arrival we were seated by the fireplace by the window which was great since it was pretty cold outside. Our waitress who was French was outstanding and gave us great service. Not long after arrival the snow began to fall in the trees outside the window, with the glow of Gatlinburg in the background which made it so romantic. This was our second time here and as usual the food, service and view was impeccable. The Restaurant and the staff are so nice, and I think anyone planning a romantic night out should try this place out you will not be disapointed

Not the best food ever, but a nice cozy place to eat on a cold night. The view and the host staff were great! Very very inviting place.

My boyfriend and I went to Greenbrier because I had a coupon. It is hard to find on your first visit and definetly dark with no street lights. We were seated the minute we walked in and were seated by the window which made for a beautiful view with all the snow on the ground. The tables had a candle on them and the atmosphere was elegant! It is perfect for a date night! The bread they brought out was good as was the crabstuffed mushrooms. I ordered the grilled shrimp and he ordered the fried shrimp. Both were very good! Will go back with or without a coupon. The amount of food is worth the prices.
