Parties of 5 or more at the same table will be charged 17% gratuity per ticket. Pizzas are big; 16" medium, 18" large. Basic medium with cheese and sauce is $12.00; then add almost $3.00 per item topping. Yes, it was good. We had lasagna, manicotti, and a medium pizza with ham and mushrooms. Including the 17% "tip" it was $90.xx. No way..we won't go back. It was good, not miraculous.

We had seven in our party. There was not a table large enough so we had to be separated. The service was so slow. We received our appetizer after our food. The kids cups came without lids. The food was awful and we were charged a gratuity for a party of seven without being seated together. Overall, it took over two hours with small children. We will NEVER eat there again .

Decided on this place for dinner after doing drinks and appetizers two years ago there......they were a little understaffed, so our service was a little slower than expected, but it was not the server fault;;;however, this place is so worth it!! First of all, their drinks are the best.....but the food is really authentic....we had the lasagna and the veal florentine.....the salad was the freshest and the bread.....aaaahhhhh...the bread!!! should have just split a plate because it's so much food.....the hostess is the nicest and friendliest.....apologized for the service, but we would highly recommend this place to the pickiest of eaters!

We had been walking all morning and we're starving. Some of the restaurants had been disappointing and costly. We decided to try lunch at the Best Italian on the Parkway. We were really impressed. It was a very friendly place and best of all the pizza was fabulous!!! We returned the next day for dinner and was not disappointed. Would recommend this place to anyone. When we return to Gatlinburg we will definitely be eating here again.

The food is not worth the price. I got a calzone and it was the size of my head. It was $11 dollars for just cheese and to add a topping is almost $4. It was okay at best. My friends got okay food to but the price ($16) did not match the size (small). The waitress acted like she did not want to be there. Overall it was a waste of my time.
