After a long day of being stuck in traffic, our cabin mangement company suggested the Bear Creek Grill. It is a unique restaurant as it is built over a creek. The food was very good (slightly higher priced, but nothing crazy). The staff was very friendly and attentive even though it was busy Saturday night. We would definitely return.

On the recommendation of friends our party of 4 had dinner here. Our waitress was very good; however, there must have been a problem in the kitchen. In my mind it is a managerial problem, too. Three of us ordered the same entree, a chopped steak which shouldn't be too hard to mess up. The fourth in our party ordered ribs which she said were very good. The three of us who ordered the chopped steak entree were served cold food. The men in our party who were hungry after waiting a very long time for their food just suffered through it and ate it. My food was cold with greasy, congealed gravy over it. Just couldn't eat it. I asked waitress to please heat it. She apologized and returned to kitchen and came back with food. It was still cold, except for the baked potato. I ate it but not the meat. When the meal was over she asked if everything was ok, and I explained that the food was still cold. She said she would talk to the manager. The manager offered me anything I wanted off the menu. Really? After our whole party had finished their meal? The manager walked right by our table and didn't even acknowledge us...not a big deal, except, she had gone to every other table in the room to inquire about the meal. Hmmmm. We were not demanding or difficult. Perhaps we should have been. We will not return nor will we recommend this restaurant.

The head waitress brought salads out before appetizers never came back to check on drinks or refills brought bread first then we ask for some with meal said $1.99 for 2 small rolls about size of a golf ball. Chopped steak was $9.95 in September now $16.95 size of a regular hamburger patty, catfish was 2 very little pieces you could see through for $16.95 and no hush puppies. Waste of time and money

This is a gem in the Smokies. And the brightest most beautiful gem is Neesee. She is the live entertainment that will never disappoint. This is now my favorite place to eat period, let alone in Gatlinburg.

We were looking for a place to eat and have some cocktails close to our cabin and boy did we hit the jackpot.
If your looking for a great place to eat and have fun you have found it.

The owners will welcome you with open arms and by the time you leave you will think you are family.

They are always busy, they have great food and a fun atmosphere! You can't miss see the huge pine tree out front with all the beautiful lights at night.

The catfish bits are the best (I would never eat catfish but I am hooked now) great burgers and the fried mushroom are unreal!

They have so much to choose from anything you order will be wonderful.

Entertainment ever night but Saturday ( Saturday are saved for football fans)

We were in Gatlinburg for 7 night and we were in Chrystelle Creek Restaurant 6 of the nights "WE LOVE THIS BAR"
