This is my fourth time going to Sweet Fanny Adams and its never disappointing. Living in the area Ive been to all of the shows around here and this is by far the best. Its such a breath of fresh air to watch a show that is not the normal redneck comedy show that pigeon forge is filled with. Steam and Tip of the Hat are both awesome shows but I still love The adventures of Mary Bright! Diffently worth every penny and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Just saw the show "Steam" and it was amazing! Not the usual tourist fare, but a cast that has a keen and subtle understanding of humor, as well as a genuine respect for their audience's intelligence.

We saw the new show "Steam" during a recent Gatlinburg trip. The show's energy built as the evening went forward, especially during the second act as the audience enthusiastically interacted with appropriate "Boos!" and "Yeas!" for the onstage action. The cleverness of the song lyrics (our 10 year old daughter is still singing "Meanies") and the playfulness of the performances was a delight. The number about Eric the Awful perfectly incarnated the inventive zaniness of Monty Python's classic musical sketches at their best. This is a small theatre and brings an intimate feel, especially so when the cast moves out among the audience. The comedy is broad and also conjures up Buster Keaton, but there is a smattering of adult humor laced within the quick exchanges that passes in a flash unless you are carefully listening. The "Matrix" reference built into the show was inspired. Following the main show there are a number of quick musical numbers and comedy routines. All are ably carried forth and build laughs upon a foundation already established by the good timing and comic talents of these veteran entertainers. This was a wonderful evening for our family and we will come back again. There is really not a bad seat in the house but I'd suggest reservations ahead of time. Several restaurants close by allow you to have a meal before an evening performance. World's best popcorn is sold during intermission.

This place is amazing!!! If you are looking for a change of pace in the Smokies then this is it!!! It's not the typical show in the area with a more sophisticated type of comedy. Catch all three shows if you can!!! The two regular and the Christmas show!!! Laughs galore and always a lot of fun!!!!

If you enjoy and the humor of The Muppet Show or Monty Python-you will love this show. My parents have been coming for years, and I had heard in 10 different ways how funny it was. My husband and I saw it on July 17th with our 3 kids ages 9 and up. Campy, silly, plain old corny. We were belly-laughing and repeating the jokes all the way home. Each member of the cast was strong and complemented the other's strengths. Mostly original material except where they credited old vaudeville or Charlie Chaplin. Loved it!
