We took this after we rode the tram up the mountain. We are glad we did. The views from here are much better. There is a band playing blue grass music at the top and you can stay as long as you like. The view on the ride back down was fantastic. We went in the fall and leaves were beautiful.
This is a must do attraction in Gatlinburg. Lots of fun. Breathtaking views from the top, and a photo opportunity.
the sky lift is a very neat way to see all over Gatlenburg.. it is so relaxing to be so high up and look over the mountains and the cabins nestled in the trees... will ride it again...
We bought our tickets and were on the lift before I could actually think too much about it, good thing too! It was fun and exciting and some what intimidating, I am glad I went. Of course they take your picture when your near the top and want you to purchase them while your browsing through their gift shop on top of the mountain.
