“Lovely Lodge”

This was our first visit to the lodge ,but it will not be our last. We visited during the month of May, when all the beautiful spring colors were absolutely amazing. We stayed in the mini sweet called, the Fern Room. Very charming room with a view of the hillside where we were visited by some furry friends. The owners Dan and Karen were excellent host! When we checked in we were given a a list of items to choose from for breakfast for the next morning. We were very impressed with the baked apple and the french toast was the best! During breakfast we were visited by beautiful birds and surrounded by beautiful landscape.
This lodge is located in the country just far enough to enjoy peace and quite, but only 5 minutes away from Gatlinburg attractions. We will be visiting this cozy lodge again. The Ivey's

We had two nights here in room no 2 while visiting the Smokey Mountains for a couple of days. Dan and Karen, the hosts made us very welcome from the outset, and we were very comfortable In their home throughout our stay. They had lots of little touches, like complementary cakes and drinks in the afternoon, all home made, which were very welcome after a day out in the mountains. Breakfast was lovely and different each day, the cooking was superb and was eaten in a large conservatory like room on the side of the property. The house is ideally positioned for the North side of the Smokey's and is set in a quiet part of town over the river from the main road and as such is very quiet.

We loved our stay at this adorable, well-located B & B.! The room was charming and very clean, the hosts delightful, and the breakfast simply amazing. We especially noted the care the owners have put into the home itself and the surrounding landscape. This will be our first choice when we return to the area.

We visited the b and b again this year for our first anniversary. As usual Dan and Karen were great we had the river song room this time along with a dozen roses that Dan had placed in the room for my husband. The atmosphere and accommodations breakfasts friendliness were all superior as always! Would recommend that anyone looking for a b and b in gatlinburg or peigon forge area got to Laurel Spring lodge B & B.

Love this place! We were able to check in earlier than expected AND they were painting one of the rooms our party reserved, so we got a free upgrade to a mini sweet which is super spacious. Can't wait to come back next year! Food is great, owners are wonderful, and it's close to everything!

My wife and I decided to take a few days off during the middle of spring break week. Our hosts, Dan and Karen, helped us find the out of the way places (off the Gatlinburg strip) that included great crafts, superior food--speaking of which, their breakfasts were wonderful. Absolutely recommend Laurel Springs Lodge B&B for couples. Oh yes, beds were comfy and the rooms quiet.

Room Tip: I'd recommend their mini-suite.

Spent a single night at Laurel Springs Lodge in February. The hosts were very friendly. We appreciated having choices for breakfast, both what time we wanted to eat and what we wanted. The food was excellent and when we finished we were offered more, which our son happily accepted. The bathroom in the Dogwood Suite was a bit odd, with the toilet separate from the shower and sink and we heard more street traffic than I would have liked but we would happily return and recommend it to anyone interested in a nice B&B set apart from the crowds of Gatlinburg.
