We normally got to Gatlinburg for New Year's but didn't know we could go until the last minute. This was the only location we could find available. Linda made every effort to assist us and we had an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean and had a gas fireplace. It's hard to turn right onto E. Holly Ridge Rd from Cherokee Orchard Rd. and also hard to leave E. Holly Ridge R. onto Cherokee Orchard Rd. because it's difficult to see approaching vehicles. There are stairs to the rear of the condo that leads to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay there again.

Room Tip: Try and get a 2 bedroom condo.

We reserved our room 11 months in advance. Linda took our reservation and was VERY nice. We stayed in 306. It was a one bedroom condo with a SMALL kitchen, but very well stocked. When we made our reservation, it was meant for just my husband and myself, but my daughter-in-law and our 6 week old granddaughter ended up going with us, as well as our best friend from England. The room was big enough for all of us. There was a king bed in bedroom and a queen fold out couch in living room. We used an air mattress on top of the pull out bed because it was too uncomfortable without it. Our balcony overlooked the pool. We had hoped we could see the space needle from our room as we didn't want to go out so late with the new baby. But, we ended up going to the 6th floor and looking out at the needle and it was pretty amazing how neat the fireworks were.

There was a gas fireplace in the condo, small table and two chairs. We had PLENTY of towels and blankets. It was clean and comfortable. The only drawback to staying here was the 60-70 steps we had to climb (with the baby and all baby stuff) in order to walk to downtown. It would not have been bad at all if it had just been the two of us.

All in all, the place is nice, location is great, price was amazing and we had a great time, and Linda was EXTREMELY nice.

I would recommend this place to anyone.

Room Tip: Ask for room with view of space needle if you can.

We stayed there for four nights.( In unit 411.) The unit was really clean and maintained. Lady at the check in was wonderful. We stayed with our 2 children. Wished we would have upgraded to the 2 bedroom but the children was ok to sleep on the pull out in the living room.Short walk to downtown but coming back is a little rough if you are not use to climbing stairs. They do not have an indoor pool. Building is a little old but still a great place. We will stay there again.

Room Tip: Great place

This place is a 2 bed, 2 bath with small kitchen and nice patio. It's a short walk to downtown and we were pleased with the stay. It's better than a standard hotel but similarly priced. I would go there again.

We stayed in a one bedroom condo with Jacuzzi tub. The walk to entertainment, restaurants and shops is short, but could be challenging for some because of the stairs in the rear of the property and the locations hilly terrain. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and to recommend it to others.

Researched extensively and this was the best value for my priority criteria: 1) Pool, 2) Suite/Condo 3) Kitchen 4) Smoking possible 5) Walk to downtown. Stayed here for 3 nights in late July 2013 and really hated leaving. Very comfortable, made you feel right at home. Pay the extra for the balcony rooms, worth the money and a must for smokers banned to the outdoors. More like a very small apartment than a condo: small living room, micro kitchen in the hallway to an average size bedroom and bath. Sliders to a balcony about 5'x12'. Nice to have the access walkway to downton, but it seemed further that advertised. Staircase starts on the pool level, thru a security door leading, to downhill steps to an alley, then another block to the side road, 3 more blocks to the main drag. Then back uphill for return, but it wasn't as bad as the Grotto Trail. Tried the pool late in the eveing and enjoyed, it's open until 11pm and plenty of chlorine. Didn't end up using the kitchen facilities, but it seemed reasonably equipted for 2-4 people to feed. Would reccomend to friends and would not return only because of the many other choices.

Room Tip: Smokers get the balcony rooms, can't smoke inside.
