“Dont bother”

For three of us...over $40 to see what turned out to be mostly improvised and fakes replicas of record breakers. In fact the most interesting part was the free part..the mechanical tallest man standing outside. Save your money, spend that at Johnny Rockets.

“A little out dated”

It just seemed dirty. I love world records there was unfinished and broken exhibits. Newer records would be nice.

“Grossly outdated...Not worth the price”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2013

This sad little museum is long past it's prime. As part of the Ripley's franchise you would hope for better but it's not here. If you want this information, buy the book or surf the web. There are no items to see, just outdated cards that haven't been updated since 1997. Occasionally there will be a small note noting the record has been broken. For $15 you get to walk through a very outdated building and read outdated cards. It's actually sad because it could be fun if there were pictures or actual items to see, but you see only a few "simulations" that are not even to scale. I enjoy Ripley's attractions in Gatlinburg and many like the aquarium are state of the art and well worth the visit. This one is not up to that standard. Don't let this turn you off on the other attractions but save your money and bypass this one.

“Waste of time”

Awful and outdated. Only those who have lived under a rock since 1985 will find this place interesting. What a waste of time and money.

“Good Value”

Tickets were inexpensive however I thought that the museum would be a bit more stimulating than what it was. Wish I would have saved the money and went to Ripley's
