“Surprise shark attack in the Great Smokie Mountains of Tennessee.”
Reviewed November 5, 2012 via mobile

I didn't expect to find one of the best aquariums our family has ever visited in Gatlinburg, TN but that is exactly what happened. The attraction was stunningly clean! The entire operation was well-defined and flowed easily from one exhibit to the next. Our party ranged in age from 1 to 61 and we were all entertained from the stingrays to the sharks to the penguins! Definitely NOT an over-priced tourist trap!

“Children of all ages will enjoy this.”

The beautiful building, the interactive exhibits, and the glass tunnel add a sense of adventure to this first-class aquarium. But be prepared for the costly menu in the restaurant.

“Always on our visit list”

We take our grandchildren here quite often, they love it and so do we. Even when we travel without the grands, we visit the aquarium. Amazing place. Even outside is beautiful.
