Hotel was nice. Room was clean. The AC had not been turned on prior to us arriving (it was completely off) so it took a while for the room to cool down. We left it on while we went out, and it had cooled off alot by the time we got back, but it was VERY stuff and hot when we arrived. We had a King suite with a balcony. The balcony was not private, everyone on that floor shared one long balcony. We went during a holiday weekend so it was pricey for one night, and especially to be not directly on the 'Gatlinburg strip'. If you want to be away from the direct hustle and bustle, but not too far from the strip, this is a great location. Parking wasn't that great. The upper deck only had one entrance/exit, so when it was full, it was hard to turn around and we would have to back out. Staff was friendly and helpful. We entered the pool area, but did not use the pool, lazy river, etc.
