“great time”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

Stayed there for the weekend with friends. We had booked two rooms with two queen beds. The staff at the front desk were great they made us feel very welcome. The room were very clean and smelled fresh. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We had a good time in the hot tube, lazy river and the pool. They had a continental breakfast with a selection of pastries, make your own waffles, cereal, milk, two juices, apples and banana. Also was in a walking distance to the main strip.

Upon arrival, Van greeted us and was very friendly. He was very helpful in any questions we had and answered them with a smile. We had alot of questions due to this being our first trip to Gaitlinburg, Tenn. We were greeted in the morning by Heather who was also very friendly and helpful. They both made us feel very comfortable as if we were in our own home. Thank you both for making our stay there very pleasing and comfortable.

Room Tip: This was an excellant hotel to stay at and will stay there the next time we go to Gaitlinburg Tenn.

I mistakenly chose this hotel for my family and I. We were one of few people in the hotel. The place smelled, the rooms were dirty- too dirty for the few amount of people staying. Woke up to BUGS in the bed. Packed up, had to argue back our money for remaining nights. After debating they FAILED their end of the deal on cleanliness and safety, we got half off the night we stayed too.The owner said the bugs were from the balcony- We Didn't have a balcony room. I filed a complaint with corporate on this filthy, disgusting place.

The people were wonderful who worked the front desk! The rooms were very clean! The only complaints that I have at all were the water pressure was veryyyy low and the internet didn't want to work half the time. Overall though the people were just amazing! They made our trip even better just by friendly chatting here and there. Great staff!

Brought the family to Gatlinburg for a weekend while also have a college visit in Knoxville. The staff at the front desk were great from the moment we walked in -- especially Heather -- gave me great tips and advice on the trolley system and things to do, and the area in general. We also had a long lengthy discussion about Knoxville and the vicinity. She was extremely kind, very accomodating - and I saw her this way with others as well, everyone who walked in/out/through the lobby, she greeted. Made you feel so welcomed. We added an additional room on the 2nd night of our stay and again, she made the process incredibly painless and just literally bent over backwards to make sure it suited our needs and that was so nice.

The location is just two blocks from the main 'strip' but has a trolley stop if you didnt want to walk. Great location and access to everything without the chaos or noise when you're ready to relax and unwind. Breakfasts were always ready and everything was kept clean and filled.

I loved the whole entire area there and cant wait to go back -- and you can be sure when I do, I will most definitely stay at this hotel again and again!!!! So thankful for finding them.

We really enjoyed the full sized pool and the hot tub was very relaxing and very clean, very close to all the attractions, and a bit away from the hectic traffic. Heather was so nice, always a smile and a kind word, she was very helpful with any questions. The rooms were very nice and clean, their housekeeping staff is excellent, and that is very important to me. The breakfast bar was much more than we expected, extremely clean and well stocked with plenty of choices. When we were leaving we made res.for our family reunion, they have a great banquet room. And don't forget the guest laundry! So convenient! A must stay hotel. See y'all in September.

Roadtrip. We had a ball. The hotel was great. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Loved the easy walk to town and the bars. Kailee was at the front desk both days we stayed. She was awesome and helped us find the best deals and attractions to go to. Daniel was another great help. He was there all night at the desk and helped us when we needed extra stuff or a toothbrush which one of us forgot. Lol. This is definitely the place to stay.
