My husband and I took our 3 children, ages 18 mos, 9 and 11 to this hotel. If you are looking for finer luxuries, this is not the place for you, but if you are on a budget and want your kids to be happy, stay here! We could not find a better value with an indoor pool and free breakfast. Food was awesome (fresh fruit, muffins, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, OJ) and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lazy river and indoor pool were clean and just big enough for several people to enjoy & the hot tub was relaxing. Room was basic, hot water took a while to run, but overall, I would stay again since we did not spend much time in it with all of the things to do. The location was perfect since we could walk to everything. Personally I liked being away from the hustle and bustle and a lot of the hotels around this one were out of business or old/run down, which made it pretty quiet. Despite the economic depression of the areas around the hotel, we felt safe.

The location was outstanding. Value was amazing. We couldn't have asked for anything more than this hotel offered. Great amenities, and above all a great friendly staff, that really acted like they cared about our stay. My kids really liked the pool, and it was heated, an added bonus. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

This is not the same place others have reviewed! I booked it based on location and reviews on this site. We were the ONLY guests the first night and there was only one other our second night. You would think that would get us the best rooms but were put on the 6th floor in a room that needed cleaning, the mattress was stained and old, sheets were thread bare. VERY noisy from the traffic. Lighting too dim. Remote control did not work. Breakfast not good (no microwave - had to cook our oatmeal in our room!). Stay away from this place. Needs a thorough cleaning and up-dating!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for a cheer competition my daughter was in. It was very clean- the room was a little humid even though it was February- but it was great. We didn't use the indoor pool, but we did walk by it- it looked very clean.

My husband and I came here on a honeymoon and were actually very impressed. We had a nice cozy room with a jacuzzi and fireplace. The room, like the rest of the place, was very clean. Nicely decorated. The bed was even comfortable!!! The staff was friendly and the pool/hottub room was nice as well. The hotel is within walking distance of lots of little shops, places to eat , and things to do. It's not on a busy street so it's easy to get in and out of. Overall my husband and I both were very pleased and are planning to makes reservations for this summer.

I had booked this hotel for one reason and one reason only, the indoor pool and hot tub. We were traveling with 2 young kids who love to swim. When we arrived the check in clerk was super nice and courteous. The indoor pool area looked nice but looks were decieving, the pool was cold (68 degrees), the hot tub was a mere 88 degrees and the lazy river was 72 degrees. We complained to the owner and he stated that the state had made him put some new water heaters in and that they kept tripping the breakers and that someone was coming the next day to look at them. The temps did gradually get warmer, by the day we left, the pool was tolerable (88 degrees) and the hot tub was up to 101 degrees. When we got in our room, it was ice cold and the heat took forever to get warm but did eventually warm the room up. We pulled the bed covers back on one of the beds and there was a small blood stain on the sheets so we asked for more sheets and got them but had to put them on ourselves. The cleaning staff for some reason would only leave 3 wash rags with the 4 towels in our room each day, there were 4 of us in the room. We would have to go up each night and get another rag from the front desk. Breakfast was good, about the same as any other choice hotel. The location was great, it was right in the heart of Gatlinburg, with in walking distance to everything. The hotel does have covered parking also. The beds were AWEFUL, they were worn slap out....at least in our room, everytime you laid in the bed, you rolled to the middle like the person beside of you, didnt sleep worth a crap, hotel needs new matresses for sure. All in all the hotel was clean and rooms were made up each day, a little pricey for a cold indoor pool though. The view from out window was the vinyl side of another building 5 foot away from the window, sucky view
