Stayed at Bent Creek with our entire family for Christmas. We had both side of a two bedroom lock off and the units felt spacious with very well equipped kitchens. Staff was very friendly and helpful although we had no issues. The golf course was convenient and economical but weather limited access. The resort has both an indoor and outdoor pool. The fitness room was small but fairly well equipped. This resort is about 20 minutes out of town (Gatlinburg) but it's a pretty drive into town. It's another 8-10 minutes to Pigeon Forge.

This place is great! My wife and I wanted a quiet place to rest and relax. It was the perfect place for us. The deluxe room was just right for relaxing. We sat in the hot tub every night, then moved inside to sit by the fireplace. It's just far enough from town. You're out of all the hustle and bustle, but close enough go see or do anything you want. There are some great places to eat near there (Carvers Apple House). The staff was great, they were super nice and always helpful. Kevin and Merinda really took care of us. They call to see if everything is alright in your room after you check in. The first morning, the manager called to welcome us and make sure we were happy with our room. We had a problem with a light switch and in ten minutes someone was there to fix it. We love staying here and plan to come back in Feb.

We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom deluxe unit. First, let me say this is not the place you want to stay if you want to be close to downtown Gatlinburg. The drive to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Also, at the end of the stay you need to load the dishwasher and take the trash out. So if that is something you don't want to do or if you need daily maid service then this is not the place for you. But, if you are looking for a nice clean, quiet, out of the way place this is the perfect choice. We were very happy we picked this place to stay since the streets of Gatlinburg were very crowded and loud. The staff here is amazing and worked some magic for us. We had made our reservation here about a month before our stay. They had assigned us a room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, my husband had just injured himself less than a week before our vacation and was confined to crutches or a wheelchair. They were able to switch our room to a handicapped room on the first floor which allowed us much more flexibility. Our unit was well equipped, spacious and nicely furnished. This included a washer and dryer with a little detergent, silverware, fridge, microwave, corner fireplace, large jacuzzi tub, separate shower, & outdoor screened in sitting area with a peaceful view.

Overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay here again.

My husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother and looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the condo was spacious and clean and well, perfect. Bought groceries at Food City and made some of our meals at the condo. The pool was very nice too. Wish we could have golfed though, so will have to do a return trip next year!

My Grandparents have owened timeshare at Bent Creek since 1998, and we have been going down there since. We absolutly love this resort. It is very comfortable and "homey". On this particular stay we stayed 4 nights in the "Brown Bear" cabin. It was AMAZING!! It had the two bedrooms, and bathrooms, full kitchen with everything you need in it (and more), a shower in one bathroom, and a bathtub in the other. It also had a beautiful fireplace. (which we didn't use, concidering it was April) Everytime we go, we always go to the Food City about 10 miles away and buy groceries, and we actually save money that way, because the kitchen has everything for your family to cook with .We had a full deck with an amazing hot tub on it, and a gas grill. We had a blast even on the days we didn't do anything in town. We took my 4 month old with us, and she slept so comfortably, because the resort is very quiet at night. There is also a beautiful outdoor and indoor pool, activity room, and game room. Even though the resort is a few miles away from Gatlinburg town Bent Creek is well worth the stay. I would seriously recommend this resort to just about anybody that is seeking a great stay in the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg.

My wife and I vacationed in the Gatlinburg area for 3 days. The purpose of our trip was to experience the many trails and views of the Great Smoky Mountains. We would spend most of our day in the park and have dinner in Gatlinburg. Some of the restaurants offer free parking; there is also a shuttle service that has several different routs throughout the area.
We stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom unit. The unit was clean, quiet, well equipped and nicely furnished. The resort is about 17 minutes from Gatlinburg and offers a remote setting with a polite staff. Checkin was quick and courteous. We did not use the pool or the golf course so we can't review those amenities.
This is a great place to stay if you don't need to be within walking distance to the shops and attractions of Gatlinburg.
