We stayed 3 nights at the Bent Creek golf village. The rooms have all you need for cooking meals. The staff is nice, and it took us only a minute to get into our room. There is a golf course on site, which had completely brown grass (mid march). The room was very clean. We could hear our neighbors slightly at night.

I found that it was nice to be a ways away from the touristy scene of downtown Gatlinburg. You are only a few miles away from the Greenbrier trails, which are some of the best in Gatlinburg!

They are not Dog friendly. They have a pool and a rec room which we did not use.

Couldn't beat the deal on the cost for the week. The condo was a nice one bedroom with a sleeper sofa, small but nice kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, washer & dryer and a balcony. The furniture was not very comfortable and I didn't care for the bed that much but that could just be me. The whole complex is very well maintained and the staff is very nice.
The views are terrible. We had a parking lot, about 100 yards of woods and then the highway which could be heard whenever we were on the balcony. The switch for the light in the bedroom did not turn a light on which was a bit strange. There is nothing close to this place which is great but when you don't have a view and can't really hike anywhere from here it's not the best. A bar/restaurant on property would have been nice when you're about 15 minutes away from the nearest business.
We also tried to get a later check out time then 10:00 but the front clerk never got back to us and I never followed up so shame on both of us.
If you're going there to for a golfing vacation I think it would be fine. We were looking for something closer to nature and with much better views.

This condo was awesome! I was a little worried when I read the reviews of how far it was from town. For my husband and I it was perfect! We were there from Dec. 30- Jan 2nd. It was helpful that it was about 15-20 minutes from town because we could get away from the chaos of downtown. Im not sure how Gatlinburg usually is, but for New Years, those people really know how to party. It was nice to get to a quiet secluded place after celebrating all morning. We returned to our room around 4 a.m., but the town was still full of loud rowdy partiers. I would have hated to have a room in the midst of all that noise when it was time to get some rest. Don't get excited about the gameroom, it sounds a lot nicer than it is. However, the pools were nice. We definitely plan on coming back...it was quiet, clean, reasonably priced and the condo had all the amenities you would need being away from home. I was a little dissappointed about having to pay for wireless access since we did not have AT&T.

Stayed at Bent Creek with our entire family for Christmas. We had both side of a two bedroom lock off and the units felt spacious with very well equipped kitchens. Staff was very friendly and helpful although we had no issues. The golf course was convenient and economical but weather limited access. The resort has both an indoor and outdoor pool. The fitness room was small but fairly well equipped. This resort is about 20 minutes out of town (Gatlinburg) but it's a pretty drive into town. It's another 8-10 minutes to Pigeon Forge.

This place is great! My wife and I wanted a quiet place to rest and relax. It was the perfect place for us. The deluxe room was just right for relaxing. We sat in the hot tub every night, then moved inside to sit by the fireplace. It's just far enough from town. You're out of all the hustle and bustle, but close enough go see or do anything you want. There are some great places to eat near there (Carvers Apple House). The staff was great, they were super nice and always helpful. Kevin and Merinda really took care of us. They call to see if everything is alright in your room after you check in. The first morning, the manager called to welcome us and make sure we were happy with our room. We had a problem with a light switch and in ten minutes someone was there to fix it. We love staying here and plan to come back in Feb.

We stayed 2 nights in a one bedroom deluxe unit. First, let me say this is not the place you want to stay if you want to be close to downtown Gatlinburg. The drive to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Also, at the end of the stay you need to load the dishwasher and take the trash out. So if that is something you don't want to do or if you need daily maid service then this is not the place for you. But, if you are looking for a nice clean, quiet, out of the way place this is the perfect choice. We were very happy we picked this place to stay since the streets of Gatlinburg were very crowded and loud. The staff here is amazing and worked some magic for us. We had made our reservation here about a month before our stay. They had assigned us a room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, my husband had just injured himself less than a week before our vacation and was confined to crutches or a wheelchair. They were able to switch our room to a handicapped room on the first floor which allowed us much more flexibility. Our unit was well equipped, spacious and nicely furnished. This included a washer and dryer with a little detergent, silverware, fridge, microwave, corner fireplace, large jacuzzi tub, separate shower, & outdoor screened in sitting area with a peaceful view.

Overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay here again.
