We stay at the Park Vista every time we visit Gatlinburg, even though it is the most expensive hotel in town. The room sizes are larger than average, it's away from the hustle-bustle of downtown, yet you can hop aboard the Trolley for a ride into town and back, if you want. It's lobby is expansive yet homey. Employees there are kind and helpful. The only problem we have as mentioned above is the price. But I guess you have to sometimes pay the price for what is considered the best?
We ate at their restaurant for breakfast instead of going into town. While the restaurant employees were kind and expediant, the food was standard hotel fair.More
