Great to visit the first Licensed distillery in Tennessee. You get to see how Moonshine was/is made, free taste testing and while you stroll around gift shop you can see old cars that moonshiners used to run their illegal moonshine. While we were there several rocking chairs where set up between distillery and gift shop so we could watch a blue grass concert. The music along with the cool mountain air was great!

Great atmosphere among the dinge of T-shirt shops and timeshare sales. You can see the vats of corn mash fermenting while listening to live music and tasting all their flavors.

Went to check out some Tennessee moonshine and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They had a good variety of flavours to sample and a bluegrass band playing while we were there. Gift shop had a great selection of jams, and salsas and bbq sauces for sale.

Every visit to the area we stop in and every time there is something new. This trip was all the flavored moonshine. Already a big fan of the apple pie and the cherries. I enjoyed the hunch punch but I wish I had sampled a couple of flavors and then returned to sample other samples. We had left the winery next door and sampling there and went into the distillery. By the time I was finished tasting nothing really tasted good. I'll know better next time! We always have a nice experience and always have a fun time. The music playing out front is always great!!

We sampled all sorts of moon shine, the blackberry and apple pie were the best. The staff was friendly and very informative. Great gift shop and fun place to go. Will return on my next visit to Gatlinburg.
