We rented Cajun Hideaway for two nights in April. We wanted great views and a relaxed couple of nights in the mountains.
The cabin is a little difficult to find. I suggest you get close by on the main road and then phone for the final half mile directions. You may also need to phone for the security code as this was e-mailed to us (but we didn't have e-mail access as we weren't from the US).
Facilities - well, you could want for no more. Hot tub (with view!), gas barbeque, games room, huge TV with sound system, washers, driers, two showers, a further whirlpool bath - everything,in fact, apart from a hair drier and toiletries. The former was delivered when we phoned and the latter we brought.
We saw some of the other cabins but I recommend this one. Although there were cabins above and below this, they were well screened and we felt very private.
Views - stunning. They'll stay with me forever. Facilities - Gatlinburg is an easy 10 miles down the road for supplies and the National Park is straight across the road.
That road. This is the only negative for me. The road is at the foot of the mountain. You can't see it and it isn't that busy but, for whatever reason, you can hear traffic quite clearly when outside. It didn't detract from our stay but we were surprised.
We would definately stay here again. On a sunny spring day, it can't be beaten.
