“Fantastic cabin”
Reviewed August 7, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The cabin was really nice to stay at. The kitchen had everything you would need for basic meals. The beds were very comfortable to lie in. It is only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. We were so worried about finding a local grocery store I was so glad there was a magnet on the fridge to point it out. The wifi had no issues loading up.

“Perfect vacation cabin for families with teens”
Reviewed August 6, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

This spacious cabin was very close to town and just a short drive to the great hiking trails in the Smokey Mountains. We took full advantage of the fun game room when we arrived, along with the porch swings and even the hot tub in the evenings. We enjoyed being in the midst of trees and looking out at the stars when we sat on the porch. Great place! Will definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to stay there again.

“Awesome vacation rental!”
Reviewed July 20, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

The cabin is amazing! We walked in and it was very clean and cute. The cabin was just like the pictures online. Very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was very easy to get in and out of the sub division. It's a must stay when your in that area!

“Perfect for a family with teenangers and close to downtown”
Reviewed June 14, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Great location to downtown Gatlinburg! Only a 5 minute drive (not walkable to downtown). The place was nice, clean and perfect for a family of four. My teenage boys really enjoyed the game room (pool table, air hockey and video games) Lets not forget the hot tub too. I would have rated this property 5 stars if it wasn't for a few minor issues that need to be addressed. The owner Jeff was great to deal with. I would definitely rent this property again.

“Great Vacation”

We rented this cabin to celebrate my son graduating from high school and to spend time with family from out of town and we all had a blast. I would certainly rent this cabin again.

“Close and Peaceful ”

The cabin is well maintained and in a cabin resort area. It is close to the Smoky Mountain National Park and the Gatlinburg attraction strip. Jeff, the owner, is great about following up on any questions and genuinely hopes for his guests to enjoy their stay. The cabin was fully stocked and had lots of towels and bedding. We loved the large bath tub, game room and the large decks with the porch swings! We had never been to the Smoky Mountains and really got lucky with this cabin and it's location. It was a short drive to all areas but far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. We can't wait to go back and hope to stay here again!

Management Response

Thank you so much for the kind review. It means the world to us when our guests can sense that we really do want them to experience the same love we have for the cabin and this beautiful area of the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin is indeed in a perfect location with peace and tranquility yet less than 2 miles to downtown Gatlinburg. Thank you again and please look us up when you return!

“Wonderful Property”

Great place to stay for a mountain vacation. The cabin was very clean and everything was in good running condition. The kitchen had everything you need for simple meals at home. The refrigerator kept food very cold and the ice maker worked (many don't)! The king size beds were very comfortable, and plenty of extra (new) blankets were available. All linens were fresh and well kept. Plenty of towels were available, including dark colored face cloths embroidered "Makeup" which was very clever. Water pressure was great, too. We had no problem with the WiFi internet while we were there, unlike some other places we have stayed in the mountains. The owner, Jeffrey, was very prompt and responsive to my emails prior to and during my stay. This cabin was exceptional! A little tricky to find once you are in the complex, but a GPS should get you there with no problem. A grocery store is only 10 minutes away, as well as downtown Gatlinburg. One caution - the hot tub has lots of chlorine and it left bleach streaks in my swimsuit. Bring an old suit so you can enjoy the hot tub as it kept heated at all times and very relaxing.

Management Response

It was truly a joy communicating with Kayleen. Throughout the whole process she was so courteous and considerate of our home. She made a point of asking whether or not there was any need to strip beds or wash dishes prior to her check out (none of which we require as our cleaning service completes this). We always love having guests who make every effort to treat our home as if it is their own. Thank you!
