I had read that Maddox Ranch House was a good restaurant but I was not prepared for the size. It is huge. Now I got there late on a Friday night (about 8:40) but still had to wait . Chicken was skinless and pan fried and potatoes and gravy good too. What I wanted to commend was the friendly service. I had Matt as my server and he kept checking in with me. Good service friendly but not familiar. Maybe it is Utah young people not a hipster or a slacker or food snob in the bunch but good service with a smile
