This hotel was in a very good location as we stayed there for one night before our river raft trip in Glen Canyon. However it was very overpriced for the quality of hotel. My parents room was the worst with wrinkled carpets and an unrepaired bathroom. Do not book this place on booking.com you will get the worst room in the whole place.

We got a room on the far side of the motel because of previous post of a trail being just outside and an easy place to walk our dog - worked out wonderfully We’ll be here for six days, It’s not a huge room – but it has plenty of room – two queen beds, a table and two chairs and a long dresser (two draws –– the TV is on top of that. In the corner is a microwave and small refrig which works for us – although it had no freezer to make frozen ice bottles for our coolers. We were disappointed to see that the pool was empty and were told that it won’t be open for a few more weeks. Our dog was also welcome on the patio so we could sit there for breakfast - French toast, cereal, boiled eggs, sweet rolls and a little more.
It is nice place. Clean breakfast is ok. Simple, but enough.
Room is nice, good beds,... clean, good bathroom. Also good point for exploring. Some beautiful nature gems are just few minutes away.
Anyway - hotel is nice. If you want to stay in Page, I can recommend it.
I am to check in tomorrow night..only to find out the travelodge has closed and did not notify any reservations. I reserved room 2/2/19 for 5/17/19 stay. Tried and call 5/16 and no answer. Hotel is closed. What!, What do I do? I am traveling my once a year vacation. Thank you travelodge for ruining my vacation.
We Were made to wait 4 hours until we could check in so couldn't check in until 7pm because they said the room wasn't ready. We were told 1 of the 2 hot tubs was in working condition by the front desk which wasn't true, there is no working hot tub. We stayed there 5 days and on the 6thday we asked for new sheets, the office said they smelled like smoke. They then proceeded to charge my bank $150!!! and kicked us out with no refund for the rest of our stay. Here is the worst part of all this...WE NEVER SMOKED IN OUR ROOM. WE even had an ashtray on the porch, when we asked the manager to come into the room and see that there was no sign of smoke in the room she called the Police. The officer told her he didn't smell any smoke in the room but the manager continued moving forward with making us leave with no refund and charging my account. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER BERN TREATED SO HORRIBLY IN MY LIFE. WE WILL BE SEEING THEM IN CIVIL COURT.
Rooms are terribly dated, in desperate need of reconditioning. Smelt rooms, dirty turn carpets. Lights don't work in some rooms . The first room given to us had a broken curtain that was hanging on by a thread . The replacement room given was not much better. Staff are great and service is good, but can't make up for the physical aspects of the property .There are many better options nearby .Stay away or ask for renovated room.
We are very sorry about your experience here at Travelodge in Page, AZ. We are thankful for your input so we can take it up to are manager for her to over view to improve are hotel sorry again and we hope you had a safe trip on your journey.
