For a motel it was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The grounds were nice and my kids had fun playing on the playground. There was a simple breakfast included. For $110 with tax who can complain?

I had checked a few months before our trip and was having trouble finding rooms at a decent price since we were there right at the Memorial Day weekend. Finally settled on Page Boy at $99 a night. The room was on the second floor and there is no elevator, so we had to haul all of our stuff up a steep flight of concrete stairs to the second floor. The rooms overlook a very nice courtyard, but smokers are constantly sitting out there, so if you are not a smoker, you can't really sit out and enjoy it without getting a lungful of second-hand smoke. The room was very dated and small. We had two double beds that were clean, but not overly comfy. The bathroom was tiny as well with very thin towels and the shower rod was a tension rod that fell down while I was showering. We found two empty water bottles under one of the beds so the maid service here is apparently not very good. The breakfast room was totally jammed in the morning and all we saw were a few small muffins and croissants, so we decided not to bother. They did have great wifi connection here, which we really needed, so that part was the best of the stay.

Room Tip: If you have a lot of luggage, don't get a room on the second floor.

We had read the reviews on tripadvisor which were quite positive overall and we so disappointed when we arrived. We got in late and that turned out to be a saving grace because we were so tired to notice most things until the morning. We were given room 6 - a cinder brick box, We sat on the end of the bed and nearly flipped the mattress as the bed frame was not long enough for the mattress. We found the room dirty - there was a huge hair ball behind the door in the bathroom and hair hanging from the hair dryer. The room was very dated but the bed was surprising comfortable and the sheets were clean. Breakfast was ok but for 130.00 a night it was way too expensive for what you got.

The courtyard was very well done. Wifi was good. Standard light breakfast. The room had a funny smell that persisted throughout the stay but it wasnt unbearable or anything. There were some black hairs in the shower. Checkin and checkout was a breeze.

Booked 4 rooms months in advance & paid a 50% down payment. Was late coming from the Grand Canyon so called to let them know we were running late but still coming. When we arrived they only had three rooms & no vacancy. Said person who booked it was no longer there. Then said it had been modified to three rooms but not by us! Tried to get two couples to share a room! Finally got a refund & went down the street to the Quality Inn who was more than happy to book us 4 rooms for the night. Yes the price was higher but worth it.
