“Worst meal I had on 9 day Glacier trip”
Reviewed September 19, 2013

The garlic knots were vile, deep fried and oozing oil. My sandwich was ok. His burger was ok. The service was ok. I wouldn't ever eat here again.

“Good pizza”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

If you want pizza this is the place to go. The food is a little pricey but it is very good pizza. The menu is pretty basic and the service is good.

“You’d better keep driving, this ain’t it!”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

Having started the day early on the Going to the Sun Road, we find ourselves hungry around noon, when we stop the check the schedule of the Lake Mcdonald boat at the Lodge and we are only too happy to see the sign for Jammer Joe’s Grill and Pizzeria.

We enter full with hopes for a nice quick lunch and we are severely disappointed. Quick it is, ok, but nice it isn’t. Lunch is buffet – salad bar, pizza, pasta and dessert for about $12. I should have trusted my instinct and walked out right away – it smelled like your old school cafeteria, a lingering smell of old food and not particularly clean environment… But hey, we were hungry and we decided to stay, especially since we knew there was a long drive ahead without much of anything other than nature. Granted, it was cheap, but the pizza was horrible, no other word to describe it, felt like deep fried(!), the salad bar quite limited and the pasta pathetic. Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the next place – any place – just not here.

“The pizza was great and staff was friendly .”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

The place look average but the service and food were good. The Restaurant at the main lodge did not have anything nice for vegetarians, so decided to give this place a try. Ended up eating twice there.

“Order the sandwiches”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

We ordered chicken/turkey wraps with fries. Salad with mixed greens - some field greens and thank goodness - no bland iceberg lettuce. It was a welcome treat and surprise. Food was excellent. The pizza bar didn't look very appetizing.
