Very cute little restaurant. Has some history there too, and says so on the menu. I got "the springs", a sandwich, with homemade potato chips, which were delicious! You can also choose a flavor on the chips, which is way cool. Will eat here again for sure!

I started out with a sampler basket and couldn't believe that it had been freshly battered to order! With that said, the batter was delicious and the basket was such a huge portion. The bread on my sandwich was freshly made and delicious along with everything else! I tried a chili beer that was interesting and fun! I will definitely return!

Stopped by Adobe Springs Café Saturday October 12,2013. Ate a late breakfast at about 1:00 pm. Had the chorizo and eggs. Chorizo looked as if had been sitting on the grill for hours. Hash brown potatoes looked and tasted the same ... it had been sitting a long time on the back of the grill! Refried beans were cold.. cheese on top would not even melt. Everyone else had sandwiches. They looked good. everyone seemed to like them. Still, they shouldn't serve old and tired food...even if it's a late breakfast. Prices were a little high....

This resturant is the best in Silver City. Every item that we tried was very good. One of our favorite items is the fried zucchinni and the chicken quesidillas. YUMMY. The also have the best sandwiches in Silver City.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They service has drastically gone down hill( think at least an hour to get your food and a drink refill if your lucky) this place isn't that small but to be frank the staff blows! They also didn't apologize for the wait, ignored us, and brought my 2 yr olds good last( after waiting a century) experience was so bad I will be calling management! Save your time and money it's not worth it, too bad because they have good food
