We are fans of Mimbres pottery and went well out of our way on a recent road trip to visit this facility, and it was worth it. We were there on a quiet afternoon and the only visitors at the time- very pleasant. There is more than just the extensive collection of Mimbres pottery here, all of it well displayed. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated. Highly recommend.

This is a small museum but well worth the stop if you are into pottery. Huge displays spread out over several floors. Donation accepted but admission is free.

This is a moderately interesting place to visit but it has a very limited collection and it is virtually all pottery. As the museum staff say, "It's a work in progress." Enjoy but temper your expectations.

This museum houses great and large amount of artifacts depicting our local areas. The vast selection of pottery is fantastic. Great photo display of individuals who played a very important part of our local history, as well as actual clothing displays of those individuals that they wore in the past. The staff was very knowledgeable about the history of our area, and their willingness to share and answer questions we had. Very friendly staff.

This museum displays ancient Anasazi pots from several collections and digs. One of the best collections I have seen. The more you know about the Anasazi the better this is.
