One of the most delicious places i have ever had breakfast in ny. I loved the french toast and the eggs in the bread with a hole with cheese and the coffe.

“A very good spot but quite expensive for breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2012

the orange juice was questionably not even fresh or perhaps watered down

the poached eggs were very good and so was the bacon...did not like the country ham it was razor thin sliced....i like it much better at a waffle house....the french roast coffee was good

did not like the biscuits they were pretty bland....a little bit strange that bread or biscuits add about 5 bucks per order

50 bucks for two....I'd rather go to waffle house...but I will return and try some other dishes such as french toast

“So hip it hurts...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2012

Fun, but tiny little place. Very, very popular (I blame you Tripadvisor). Saturday brunch had a sign up sheet, and by 1130 there was a long wait. But the food was good, and the coffee strong.

“Famous French Toast!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 20, 2012

With only two more days to go before we leave our son, Ben, in New York and return to England, we headed off to a very popular brunch destination not too far away from his apartment. We were not disappointed. The french toast on Amy's brioche with Vermont maple syrup was yummy! My husband, Martin, and Ben had the Eggs Rothko which they said was very tasty. Nothing left on our plates! Staff very friendly and we didn't have to wait too long at all thanks to Alex not turning up in time for his "party of 3"! This restaurant is definitely worth another visit.

“Best breakfast in NYC?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 21, 2012

Maybe! Truly spectacular food. Trick is you have to wait soooo.... write your name on the list and then stroll over to Bedford Cheese Shop, which is great, buy some things, and then come back to a delish breakfast! My favorite is the grits. Amazing!
