While walking in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, we came across this Lebanese (and Mediterranean) restaurant. Our server could not have been friendlier -- asking how we happened to come to this restaurant and if we had ever had Lebanese food. The menu is extensive with lots of great choices. The special was Shepherd's Pie (Lebanese style) and it was very good. My husband had the shishkabob ... served off the skewer, with pita bread. The hummus was incredibly smooth and delicious, while the salad had a very light lemon dressing. We would definitely go back to Le Sajj.

Terrific Saturday October evening at Le Sajj. Authentic Lebanese food. Great wine, Arabic music and belly dancer . Enthusiastic crowd. Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion!

The food which was served was very bad. Everything was obviously reheated from frozen, overcooked and mushy, fish was not fresh, and the rest of the meal was very bland. The service is one star. There is so many excellent restaurants in Brooklyn and NYC, this one is the shame.
