The three of us walked to Alma from Cobble Hill last month because we had a serious craving for Mexican food. We thought we were in the wrong place because we walked into a very lively bar scene. It was tempting to stay at the bar because it had a lot of energy and people having a great time. We walked outside and entered Alma from the side street. Alma: warm lighting, cozy, friendly, romantic. The food: comforting, Mexican with a slight Thai influence. An amazing view. My salmon was perfect slathered in an refreshing tomatoe and onion sauce. The chicken fajitas my buddy from Texas ordered equally amazing, my vegan girlfriend loved the chili rellenos. A relaxing evening surrounded by great views, music, and delicious food. If you are in the area-make it a point to checki it out. Super chill - super good. Hang downstairs after dinner. Yummy food yummy bar scene.
