“We loved it!”
Reviewed April 23, 2013

Had meetings in NYC and took a side trip to Brooklyn to check out the Brooklyn Winery. While there they recommned El Almacen for dinner. We were eating a little early so it wasn't all that crowded for a Friday night. Great waitress recommended a fantastic bottle of wine and I had steak, wife had seafood and it was off the charts delicious.

We will definitely make the trip back to Brooklyn to eat there next time we are in NYC.

Total bill for wine, and two meals was roughly $100 which I though was great for NY.

“Great food every time”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

Be sure to visit El Almacen (Argentina)when you are in Williamsburg ,Brooklyn, NY. All of their dishes are flavorful:empanadas, steak, fish, brussel sprouts, and the flan served with caramel on the side is to die for. Their entre portions are just right, not too big and not to small. They are open for dinner at 5pm during the week and on the weekends at 12 pm. The staff is sweet.

Location is Driggs Ave, corner of North 7th Street.

“Just Terrific”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

Brooklyn is fast becoming the culinary center of New York City. If you're in Williamsburg and you have a 'yen' for the food of Argentina, then get thee to El Almacen. Everything we had here was delicious. My wife had short ribs and I had a skirt steak. Both were just amazing. The side dishes for the steak were all fantastic. Service was perfect and the atmosphere is intimate and exciting. This is one of the places that will greatly improve your day.
