Similar trend to what happened to Chelsea Pier in Manhattan. The old docks are getting a facelift and there is a running, jogging, bike trail being developed. Great views of lower Manhattan and the bay.

Nice restaurants and beautiful areas to walk an shop ! If you find your way to the "edge" of the heights with a full view of Manhattan downtown you will be excited. It is like looking on a filmscreen if weather is good. Helicopters flying oround like flies, boats everywhere and the excellence of the new World Trade scyscrapers

This is one of my favorite spots in NYC. I always loved the view and walking around lazily on a summer evening. My husband proposed to me here on New Year's Eve 2006 and it was the perfect place.

If you are in Brooklyn and want a good meal in the Heights area and a nice walk afterwards, this is the place!

The most incredible views over Manhattan! No bathroom facilities anymore. This is a must on any tour of NYC. Some lovely architecture nearby. Be sure to take in DUMBO and the Transit Museum
