Can you say romantic, relaxing and great people watching. Every visitor to NYC should make a trip out to the promenade. Great photo opportunities!

Enjoyed this short walk through the quiet neighborhood leading to the promenade walk .
A very relaxing change from the bustle of Manhattan. Highly recomended to visit this area and them have a walk down Montague St.

I live three blocks from the Promendade and walk there often- it is a beautiful view overlooking lower Manhatan and the Brooklyn Bridge- many tourists taking pictures, but quiet, lots of places to sit facing the skyline and the East River. A must for tourists to come here and to visit Brooklyn Heights, with the surrounding 1800's homes and architecture.

This is a wonderful area to stroll and take in NYC lower Manhattan skyline. This is raised part of of Brooklyn that if you study history had much impact on Washingtons army in the American Revolution. Spring day outing for sure.
