We went with a family group. There is not enough seating, and there is no way to accommodate more than 4 at a table - with a high chair at the end. But the burgers are very fresh. My 'shroom burger was perfect, with mushrooms, a cheesy filling that burst out into the bun, and a delectable taste. I want the recipe! Their shakes are good. It is not cheap for a burger place, but it was lovely to have an option for people who do not like meat burgers. The fries there are crinkle cut, HOT, and crisp. Great for ex-pats having burger withdrawal symptoms!

Ugh! Long lines! Nowhere to sit! Raw burgers! Avoid at all costs! This would be worth all of the hassle if the burger was spectacular. So disappointing!

Well organized lines in this fast food restaurant with a twist. Fast service, great burgers, excellent thick and creamy shakes! Two of us ordered the Vegetarian "S'room burger" which was a crispy deep fried portabello mushroom stuffed with cheese. One bite and the cheese oozes out all over the place, but boy is it ever GOOD! Fries were excellent...crispy and hot. Definitely worth frequent visits, if your heart can take it!

We went to the Shake Shack after arriving from California. We were tired, hungry and the restaurant was within walking distance of the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge. I had the Shroom Shake Burger which had a very large fried mushroom with cheese on my burger. It was heavenly! The cheese fries were okay. Their chocolate shakes are to die for! Great food!

Definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a while. And the chocolate shake is heavenly! Would recommend for a business lunch or a casual outing with friends.
