From the front desk service to the restaurant to our drivers that took us places, they were helpful and accommodating. Felix, our driver had recommendations and filled us so much useful information. I love this place and all it’s eclectic artwork and great service. Definitely worth a stop and stay here in Brooklyn.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Box House! The staff was always kind and courteous. I was in town to visit my daughter and the shuttle service took me right to her door & picked me up to bring me back. Shuttle drivers David & Felix were outstanding.
We attended a great family wedding at The Box House Hotel. Our entire stay was excellent and the hotel is very nicely appointed. Beautiful building! Hotel staff was very helpful and they provided a shuttle for trips within one mile of the hotel.
My sister and brother-in-law had their wedding on the rooftop venue and it was spectacular. We stayed 3 nights in one of the suites and that’s also where all the bridesmaids did hair and makeup. We had a great stay and the hotel staff was so nice, attentive and organized. Special thanks to Felix who was the Bellman and Driver of the house car. He helped us schlep a ton of luggage and wedding stuff with a smile. Steven the day of coordinator also did an amazing job helping everything run smoothly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
We stayed there 4 years ago when we went to the US open tennis and thought the place was excellent in an eclectic area. It has now got even better and the area is definitely on the way up. Additional floors have been added since our last visit with a function suite at the top. Unfortunately some of the resident revellers disturbed a number of other guests at 2.30 am one night for quite some time.
We had a loft suite with patio. Loads of space and everything you needed. A restaurant and bar has been added. We had breakfast twice and really good. All the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful,
nothing is too much trouble. The shuttle service to the local metro is still a great touch. This made getting to the open tennis and Manhattan really simple. Special thanks to Felix for local info, Sarah and Cat for being so efficient on the front desk.
