We chose this restaurant based on Tripadvisor reviews. The olive starter using imported Italian olives was so delicious (and not too salty) and home made pasta dishes we chose were exceptional - one with prosciutto (?) arugula and truffle oil, and the other, the special with crab meat. For our 5 weeks in New York City this is the only restaurant we plan to go back to. We have booked again for this Saturday. Our waiter was really friendly and helpful.

Great little cosy authentic italian restaurant. The owner Rafael who is in love with food, personaaly made some special dishes for us. Definitely try the eggplant, awesome. Great little place to go with friends, family or romantically. Reasonable price. And don't forget his tiramisu!! Ancora delizioso!!!

Enjoyed brunch here in the past, so reserved again since we would be in Park Slope for Mother's Day. Disappointed in the "special menu", as the prices were about double from what we had paid for brunch before.. Food was good, but pricey. Also we felt that the mimosas had been watered down for the occasion.
We had requested the atrium with our reservation, but were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes for a table there. Chose to wait, and were seated in about 5 minutes. There were numerous empty tables there so I don;t know what the problem was.
This was good the first time but would now hesitate to go back knowing they take advantage of the customer when they know you can't walk away. If they had posted their "Special Mother's Day menu", I would have known I was going to be price gouged and taken my business elsewhere.

This is a nice little neighborhood gem of a place that's long and narrow with dining in front and back. All the exposed brick adds charm and the friendly, attentive service makes you feel very welcome. The food is extremely fresh and flavored perfectly. Very nice wine selection. We were so impressed with our dinner that we had to go back the next day for lunch. The prices and portions are reasonable. This is a must visit when you're in Park Slope.

Scottadito is a great place for dinner, brunch, or a party. The restaurant has a warm rustic charm, with rough hewn timber beams, exposed brick, and fireplace. Downstairs there's a private dining room wine cellar perfect for a small party or intimate dinner. I always enjoy the homemade pasta with ragu of duck, boar, or turkey. Main dishes include a great hangar steak, amazing roast chicken, and a variety of fish. I had a great short rib last time I ate there. It was slow cooked for 24 hours. Delicious and a huge portion. The chef, Rafa, recently appeared on the TV show Chopped where he narrowly lost in the final round.
