We spent a night there in mid-October. We booked a club-level king-size room. At check-in, the staff was pretty nice, but clearly something had gotten messed up, because we were assigned a two-bed regular room. After a while, they solved the problem and gave us our room. I am not actually sure if the room was actually "club", since it was on a regular floor (I had thought that the club level was actually a special floor level) and none of the amenities that were listed on our reservation were there (such as bathrobes etc).
No biggy. The room was small but OK, nice and clean. It had a terrace overlooking an ugly stripe of building rooftops. The bathroom was standard, but good water pressure. The bed was nice and comfy. We had a good night sleep, it wasn't too noisy or anything.
The pool was small, not hot enough to be used in October and very chlorine-smelly, not what I had expected.
The club lounge was very simple, not very welcoming and both the evening food offerings and the breakfast were pretty sub-standarts. Room service food was also pretty simple but filling.
Our key did not work for the club lounge, we had to change it 3 times and still nothing, we ended up having to enter the lounge through the staff door.
In conclusion, a nice bed to sleep, just not Sheraton-quality at all. Well below expectations.More
